When asked about the significance of foreclosures,
Robert points out that the 353% increase in foreclosures takes us from 0.19% to 0.67%. If the
emotional and media component did not exist, it would not be such a big deal. But, the foreclosures
do create some great deals. If you are looking for a good place to get foreclosures, look to Chula Vista or Escondido.
