Matching Funds
San Diego's Finest Real Estate has a policy for matching funds for non-profit charity drives, especially those run by children.  If you have a cause and a need, please let us know.

Success Stories
Valley Elementary ran a silent auction where one of the items to bid on was a donation to the school from us on the purchase or refinance of a home.  In addition to the winning bid, we were able to donate $2,500 to the school.  Principal Andrew Johnson, Ph.D. August 16, 2007, recognizes the generous donation. Hurricane Katrina brought huge charity drives around the country. We encouraged fundraising at two local schools, Sunset Hills Elementary and Black Mountain Middle School by matching every dollar they raised in their book sales. The combined proceeds of over $9,000 went to the hurricane victims.

St. William of York started a building fund to create a school and a larger worship area. By gifting a portion of all sales, purchases, and refinances referred from the community, we were able to provide large donations to the building fund. The completed project is now called St. Terese of Carmel (visible from SR-56).
